	2010-11 Recommended Budget The economic climate continues to present difficulties for counties and is expected to continue for the foreseeable future. The County of San Bernardino's 2010-11 Recommended Budget addresses the difficulties being faced and is balanced and presented here. There are two main sections, the Executive Summary section and the Recommended Budget section. The Executive Summary includes the following sections: strategic plan, county budget summary, discretionary general funding, year-to-year comparison, future financing needs, as well as a grant summary.
